The Administrative Assistant & Quality Assurance Representative serves as the communication hub for the organization and handles all requests for office and clinical personnel in collaboration with the main office admin. He/she provides administrative support in the areas of Reception, Purchase of Services (POS), Progress Reports and Assessments, Billing, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources but not limited to other delegated tasks as needed. We are looking for a very organized individual who feels comfortable in a position with minimal supervision and is able to complete the tasks assigned in a timely manner, with professionalism and high attention to details. A background in customer services, phone and e-mail etiquette is highly desirable since communication with families, clinicians, school representatives, insurance companies and Regional Centers is part of the daily company operation.
