Job Qualifications: Directs all activities related to operations, sales, people management and recruitment, and customer service. Support the store in all functions.Operations: * Responsible for budget control, overall operations, and merchandise presentation within the store. * Cashier – Checkout customers with various payments. * Ensure all merchandise is displayed and tagged properly. * Ability to work effectively using available technology such as electronic register and clienteling systems, CBT terminals, etc.Sales: * Achieve store and individual sales objectives. Customer Service: * Provide customers with exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * 1 + years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment. Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota required. * High school graduate or equivalent. * Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. * Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required. * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. * Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
