Real Estate Assistant - Will Cook Group - Bennion Deville Homes - Palm Springs, CA


Busy Real Estate agent located in Palm Springs is seeking a positive and professional candidate with exceptional organizational and administrative skills. The right candidate will be a positive person who is articulate, energetic, resourceful, detail and team-oriented. This person must be a virtual task master, a doer, a checklist maestro. You’ll be supporting the agent and their clients with their client appreciation program, implementing systems to better serve clients, manage the social media campaigns, assist the agent with listing preparation, and support marketing efforts. Your primary role will be to ensure that the agent is supported in a way that will allow him to have more time to be in contact with clients and sphere of influence and spend less time on non-income producing work.


Qualifications Required:
*MUST HAVE CA Real Estate License
*MUST HAVE some experience in closing coordination, listing coordination or both


Able to effectively multi-task

Self-starter, resourceful, takes initiative
Able to learn quickly when facing new problems and challenges
Able to develop and apply processes for solving and correcting problems
Able to deal effectively with changing schedules, priorities and members needs

Professional appearance and positive attitude


Key Skills:
Computer Literate
Proficient with Microsoft Office software’s (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
Transaction coordination skills: Knowledge of CAR Zipforms, MLS, and RE disclosures
Familiar with or aptitude to learn and use other systems such as DropBox, GoogleDocs, etc.
Experience with Top Producer for Database Management (**Highly Preferred)
Knowledge and experience with internet and social media marketing (Desired)
Ability to prepare and organize correspondence and other documents
2+ years’ experience in Real Estate industry (preferred)
Excellent Customer service and phone skills
Ability to manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
