[full time, salaried, reports to a multi store manager]

If you want to run the show, this is the role for you. Store Directors are our entrepreneurs; developing teams from 10 to 100, driving sales from $1M to $30M + connecting with communities from Hong Kong to Hawaii [+ so many places in between]. Don’t plan on spending much time in the office, our SDs are on the floor; selling, mentoring + leading by example.

Degree

bachelor’s or equivalent combo of education + experience

5+ Years Managing Teams

specialty retail preferred

Grammar School Basics

we expect you’ve mastered these: a command of reading, writing, speaking + some presenting (in front of groups)

Flexible

there when needed; weekends, holidays, overnights

Tech Savvy

facile with smartphones, apps, Word, PowerPoint

Travel

domestically for sure, internationally preferred, relocatability opens up more opportunities to move ahead

Physical

can lift, carry or move at least 40 lbs./18 kilos + we’re going to max out your fitbit (with lots of walking around)
