Escrow Assistant - Ticor Title Company - La Quinta, CA

Backup to the Escrow Officer, managing all aspects of the escrow transaction, assuming all Escrow Officer duties in his/her absence. Maintain new and existing escrow files, from the opening to closing of the escrow transaction. Work closely with Lenders, providing requested information and estimates. Maintain communication with all Principals to the Escrow, immediately addressing any concerns that may arise. Resolve Title issues that may affect the the conveyance of Title, plus resolve loan funding conditions in a timely manner. Order Payoff Demands, Homeowners Association Documents and Demands. $15-$18.00 per hour plus benefits.
