Administrative Assistant - OfficeTeam - Bermuda Dunes, CA





Great opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant for local country club.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity starting immediately. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 4:30 PM.


Daily responsibilities include:


  • Providing exceptional clerical support to General manager

  • handling and filtering incoming emails, mail, and phone calls

  • Assisting with maintain calendar, scheduling appointments & meetings

Experience with light accounting is preferred, but not a requirement. If you have 4+ years as an administrative assistant and have experience in hospitality or country clubs, please apply with resume immediately.
