Patient Relations Concierge - Argyros Health Center - Eisenhower Medical Center - Rancho Mirage, CA
This position is responsible for : Creating the first and last impressions of the Argyros Health Center experience for patients/guests/visitors by introducing and coordinating all non-clinical services available including administrative, educational and technical support to the Administrator. Assists the Administrator by ensuring all aspects of the patient satisfaction program and customer service initiatives are hardwired. Assists in resolving all non-clinical issues for patients/families in collaboration with the clinical staff and Administration. Works with clinical team on non clinical performance improvement initiatives. Is a key member of the Argyros team. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook), 3-5 years clerical experience working in a high level customer service setting, preferably within the hotel or hospital setting. |
