Bio Hazard Cleaning - SERVPRO of Palm Springs and Indian Wells - Indio, CA

SERVPRO of Palm Springs and SERVPRO of Indian Wells have positions open in our restoration service production team.

You will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by Bio-Hazard and possibly water, fire, and or mold damage.

This position is very unique and requires a great deal of fortitude. Employees are exposed to challenging situations, not for the faint of heart. Some cleaning work is performed in conjunction with local police departments and involves blood and other organic debris.

The position requires ability to be on call and respond immediately, after-hours work and weekends based on an assigned rotating schedule; in addition to working the normal work week.

Experience and IICRC certifications are preferred, but we will train the right applicant.
It is necessary that you are able to pass a drug screen, background checks and have a clean driving record .

Applicants must have the ability to lift 75 pounds or more, have excellent customer service skills, and experience working with tools and machinery.

Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met.

Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed. Production processes are performed according to guidelines. Jobs are completed beyond customer expectations.
