A long-standing client of Glendora Employment Agency, with a locations throughout Southern California, has an opening for a Contracts Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:
- Support the Marketing/Business Development and Estimating Departments by performing many project administrative duties
- Reviews and monitors proposal and contractual information, prepares necessary reports and supporting documentation on contract status
- Ensure all contracts are entered into contract database, named and labeled according to the naming convention, and filed in electronic and paper files.
- Responsible for displaying excellent organization and detailed accuracy while entering data into data base
- Assist in various departments where needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and creative thinking with the ability to problem solve and use common sense
- Proven performance in time management and multi-taking
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel programs
- Minimum 2 – 3 years Administration support experience or recent college graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 /hour
