Front Desk Host join our team at The Saguaro Hotel , located in Palm Springs, the hotel mixes the best of southwest hospitality with cool colorful resort style. With over 200 rooms, meeting space, a pool, a state of the art fitness center and food and beverage outlets coupled with the perfect location this property is sure to be a jewel in the southwest. What you will be responsible for:
Providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests
Answers phones, takes hotel reservations and serves a concierge
Requires accuracy with daily accounting procedures
Ensures all guests receive a fond farewell at the end of their stay
Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests
Responds to guest requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded
Strong command of managing several tasks with speed and accuracy
Providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests
Answers telephones, takes hotel reservations, and provides concierge services in a gracious and professional manner
