The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces — all of which surround a stunning pool location. The Saguaro is operated by The Sydell Group. Sydell is an owner, operator, and developer of unique hotels, restaurants, and bars. Sydell is rapidly expanding domestically and internationally.

What you will be responsible for:
Providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests

Answers phones, takes hotel reservations and serves a concierge

Requires accuracy with daily accounting procedures

Ensures all guests receive a fond farewell at the end of their stay

Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests

Responds to guest requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded

Strong command of managing several tasks with speed and accuracy

Providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests

Answers telephones, takes hotel reservations, and provides concierge services in a gracious and professional manner
