Job Duties:
Assists clients with activities of daily living including companionship, grooming, bathing, toileting, medication assistance, and meal preparation.
Follow schedule set for client care
Track hours worked using telephony system
Follow policies and procedures for client emergencies and changes of condition
Reports directly to the Scheduling Coordinator
Required experience:
Required license or certification:
- LVN, CNA, CHHA, or caregiving experience
