Front Office Manager - We Care Spa - Desert Hot Springs, CA






The main role of the Front Office Manager is to ensure proper implementation and completion of tasks assigned to the desk team, provide stellar guest interactions and creative problem resolution. Duties include monitor desk performance, train new hires, problem resolution, scheduling, annual reviews, act as MOD, coaching and counseling, team building.


We are a juice fasting and body detox spa for those wishing to live a healthier lifestyle. The clientele are typically affluent, savvy with the holistic approach to healing and detoxification, as such confidentiality is a must and the willingness to learn the We Care way is crucial. Prior hotel or resort experience mandatory, spa experience is strongly preferred. Candidates without prior hotel or resort experience will not be considered.


This job is an hourly non-exempt position and requires weekends and evenings.
