Receptionist/Office Assistant - PNC Firm - Palm Desert, CA
Entry-level position – Providing administrative support and report to management; will be responsible for high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, accounting support and marketing support to the CMO. This is an entry-level position with a few hats that has room for growth as the company grows.
Admin Skills and Qualifications: Have a minimum of 3+ years of office experience The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess the ability to succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities and assisting managers with essential functions towards the company’s growth. Punctuality to work and on all projects is very important. Maintaining balance and multi tasking with 100% success is a must – no room for error. Must be a team player willing to go the extra mile. ** Must be available on Saturdays, and begin work at 7am on weekdays and 8am on Saturdays. Begin immediately.
