Customer Service Associate - Palm Desert Insurance Agency - Palm Desert, CA






Our Agency is searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, Loyal and driven licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team.
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for:


  • Being the first point of contact for the agency

  • Providing extraordinary service to internal and external customers

  • Providing sales producers with possible sales opportunities

  • Assisting in sales and office organization

  • Inbound and outbound calls

  • Listening and resolving routine issues

  • Responding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment

  • Must maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

  • Be able to provide excellent customer service

  • Computer Proficiency

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Exceptional communication skills
