Our Agency is searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, Loyal and driven licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for the agency
- Providing extraordinary service to internal and external customers
- Providing sales producers with possible sales opportunities
- Assisting in sales and office organization
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Listening and resolving routine issues
- Responding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations Requirements
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Must maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Be able to provide excellent customer service
- Computer Proficiency
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills
