Position: Licensed Therapist
Summary Statement : To provide direct clinical services to children and families,up to the age of 21, in short-term behavioral treatment program (TBS-Therapeutic Behavioral Services); Utilizing a multidimensional approach conducting field assessments,completes functional analysis of behaviors and develops behavioral treatment plans.
Requirements : LMFT/LCSW,valid current with the BBS
Desired: Experience with Behavior modification, family systems, solution focus strategies and other strength based approaches. Excellent time management, problem solving abilities, interpersonal skills and documentation skills and knowledge of EPSDT/Medi-cal requirements and documentation. Good communication and teaching skills, and ability to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities: -Oversee/Supervise; Para-professional behavior coaches and provide feedback to ASW/MFT Interns
-To be able to maintain and manage, within the county/state guidelines, a maximum case load of 12 TBS cases.
-Sensitive, competent and non-judgmental in dealing with cultural and socioeconomic diversity of client population.
-Open communication and on-going contact with staff in the local program/s, and TBS Clinical Director. Frequent communication with referral agencies, County representatives, and contracted therapists.-Insures that the primary goal of providing quality mental health services is the focus of every activity.
-Insures that the TBS program meets and exceeds EPSDT/Medi-Cal standards for delivery of service, documentation, maintenance of records and client satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:
1)First Aid and CPR trained or willingness to be trained.
2)Willingness to work in the field (family homes, foster homes, and group home sites).
3)To adhere to our therapeutic and relationship-building philosophies.
4)Physical ability to work on a keyboard to prepare reports and to enter data.
5)Valid California driver’s license and a clear driving record.
Classification -Regular,full time, exempt
