Customer Serivce Representative - OfficeTeam - Thousand Palms, CA

Well organized customer service representative needed for a busy air conditioning company in Thousand Palms. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing and general office duties. In this role, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for working in a team environment to ensure all customer calls are responded to and handled in a timely manner, assist with proposal preparation, and assist with dispatching of technicians. The Customer Service Associate should possess at least 6 months experience and proven success handling customer service issues. Dispatch or Service Industry experience preferred.

Must have a least 6 month experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
