Dispatcher/Customer Service - Appliance Repair Experts - Indio, CA

Hello! We are Appliance Repair Experts, we are located in Indio CA and we work with home warranty companies to provide service on all in home appliances. We are a family owned company and are located in a residential area in a detached office from the home. You must be comfortable in this type of environment. We currently are in search of a full time dispatcher to join our team as our current one has moved out of state. Our office team consists of an office manager, a part time dispatcher, and possibly you, as our new full time dispatcher. We currently have 5 full time technicians and growing rapidly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• type minimum of 45WPM


• Prior telephone experience preferred


• Good attitude


• Punctuality


• Professional vocabulary


• Fluent in written and verbal English


• Quick learner


• Must know how to grasp new computer programs quickly


• Must be able to deal with angry customer in a professional manner without letting it get to you


• Must know the Coachella Valley (city wise)

Job Duties

• Schedule all incoming orders


• Confirm appointments


• Give customer updates


• Answer busy phone line


• Data entry


• Return voicemail’s daily


• Assist technicians over the phone when needed

The position will start as part time for one-two weeks until we see that you are ready to join us full time. (mentio puple at interview to show you read whole post) Part time will be Monday-Friday from 11am-4pm. Once you are offered the full time position it will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
