Hotel Front Desk Agent (part time) - Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa - La Quinta, CA

We are looking for a part time Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Front Desk Agents create a great first impression of the hotel by providing a friendly and sincere welcome as well as maintaining positive and helpful contact with our guests throughout their stay. The Front Desk Agent provides information about the hotel and local area, and offers our hotel amenities and services to them.

Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments, employees, guests and customers.

A friendly, smiling demeanor, computer skills, ability to stay calm under pressure and a command of the English language both written and verbal are required.

We maintain a drug-free work place, perform pre-employment substance abuse testing, eVerify and criminal background screening.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 /hour
