Janitorial Worker (Nights) - LandCorp - Palm Desert, CA

Job duties will include, but are not limited to

*Floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
*Empty trash receptacles and haul to designated disposal locations
*Clean restrooms including mirrors, sinks, counters, walls, urinals and toilets
*Clean general surfaces from ceiling to baseboards*Clean dining areas including floors, tables, chairs, bars,
*Move equipment and furniture as necessary to clean as necessary
*Effectively and appropriately use cleaning solutions including disinfectants, degreasers, restroom cleaners, etc…

Requirements:

*Must have previous custodial, janitoria
l*Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
*Must be able to work standing for 8-10 hours
*Must be available to work 7 days/wk
*Must be available to work overnight (9pm-6am
*Must have a positive attitude, strive for greatness & take pride in the task at hand
