Accountant/ Tax Preparer Needed for CPA - O'Brien & Panchuk, LLP - Indian Wells, CA

A Progressive boutique mid-valley CPA Office is seeking a qualified team member:

The firm needs a qualified tax preparer, tax accountant. CPA preferred but not required.

High energy extroverted professionals with strong written and verbal communication skills are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent tax experience. Responsibilities include tax preparation, financial accounting and reporting, bookkeeping, client experience management and may include some executive administrative duties.

Please ONLY apply if you:

Tax tax preparation experience both, individual and entity;
Have a degree in accounting or related field;
Are fluent in QuickBooks and QBO;
Have a strong command of Microsoft Office;
High command and comfort level with online and other IT applications;
Have STRONG written and verbal communication skills
Have a resume with at least two references

$15-20+/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
