Childcare Attendant - EOS Fitness - Palm Desert, CA

Looking for a career in childcare or early childcare development? Then look no further! We are looking for reliable, caring and trustworthy staff members to join our EōS Fitness Childcare team. This is the perfect position for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children, parents and staff. Applicants must have a love for taking care of the needs and providing a safe environment to children ranging in age from two months to twelve years of age.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

– Must be no less than 16 years old

– Interest in childcare and health/fitness/nutrition

– Minimum of one year experience in childcare and the fitness/health club industry, or similar is highly preferred

– Must have a flexible work schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Proven ability to successfully manage and lead a team, both directly and indirectly

– Proven ability to successfully recruit and train staff

– Must be a team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done

– Must be extremely organized

– Excellent interpersonal and written skills

– Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment

– Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work

– Current CPR and AD certification is highly preferred

– Must successfully pass Background Check
