Distribution Associate - Travelhost of Greater Palm Springs - Palm Springs, CA

We are growing our media company in Palm Springs, CA. Travelhost of Greater Palm Springs prints the local edition of Travelhost magazine. We reach over 300,000 people each month.
We have an open position for a DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE.

This is a part-time position. Work can be completed on weekdays or weekends. The work will take about 30 hours per month with a flexible schedule. You will also receive a gas allowance.

Your primary task will be to deliver 15,000 magazines and 15,000 single page maps per month to 85 locations in the Coachella Valley. You will also pick up remaining issues when outdated. Largest deliveries/pickups will be at the end of the month.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Vehicle large enough to hold boxes of materials
Valid CA drivers’ license; job requires significant local travel
Effective communication skills
Able to work unsupervised
Able to maintain a professional manner at all times
Displays integrity and honesty
Detailed and organized, systems/operational thinker
Demonstrates attention to detail and thoroughness
Able to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures
