ENGINEER I/GENERAL MAINTENANCE - SUN CITY PALM DESERT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION - Palm Desert, CA

We are currently recruiting for the full-time position of Engineer I/GENERAL MAITENANCE . The qualified candidate will serve as the facilities maintenance and engineering technician for the Community Association at Sun City Palm Desert. Responsibilities include perform general maintenance tasks at all facilities, perform all technical and general maintenance-mechanical (golf cart fleet maintenance), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, pool repairs, carpentry, painting and Life & Safety response procedures. Ensure that all support and service is conducted by trade code and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the standards, goals and objectives of the Community Association.
