Matchmaking / Dating Service Sales Rep - HVS Jobs - Palm Desert, CA

Our client is the largest matchmaking services in the world and they are they are looking to add to their sales team. We’re looking for dynamic talent for this Inside Sales opportunity. As an Inside Sales Representative your responsibilities will include:

• Making Phone calls to warm leads and converting those leads into membership sales. No cold-calling!!!


• The company advertises through various types of media outlets so all the leads are furnished for you


• You will be responsible for qualifying the leads and presenting potential clients with an opportunity to join the matchmaking/dating service.


• You will all conduct in-depth interviews with new clients to help determine their ideal match (filling out their dating profile)


• Normal business hours, Monday – Friday

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of recent sales experience


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Experience doing phone sales


• Strong closing skills


• Good computer skills


• Thrives in a team environment

COMPENSATION:
Small base + uncapped commission + excellent benefits program (paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, PTO & 401K).Paid training.

This is a performance based compensation plan where the harder you work the more make.

Realistic first year compensation is $60,000 which includes the base plus commissions as well as a draw during your ramp-up period.
