- Accounts for daily revenue by organizing and verifying receipts; identifying and correcting discrepancies; posting accounts; running and distributing daily reports; maintaining internal controls.
- Reconciles daily revenue by sorting, organizing, and verifying receipts; identifying, researching, and correcting discrepancies.
- Posts daily revenue by allocating revenue to proper accounts; entering receipts and settlements; balancing accounts; monitoring account codes.
- Prepares daily audit reports by collecting and summarizing revenue, settlement, and discrepancy data and trends, proofing and distributing reports.
- Provides guest service including check in / check out and answering questions as needed.

Responsible for handling emergencies as they may occur with professionalism and thoroughness, including attention to guest service and proper reporting. - Duties include maintaining a safe environment through hourly patrols of the property as nighttime security
- Reports to General Manager
- Friendly, self – motivated person needed.
- Graveyard Shift, 9pm — 3:30am.
- Pleasant phone etiquette, guest service skills, and a team player attitude.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Computer & technology skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and can easily learn new computer programs or other technology)
