Route Driver with a Hazmat Endorsement - Elite Logistics - Palm Desert, CA

Monday -Friday 7am-4pm

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery and unloading of finished product. Beginner Drivers Welcome
Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay rate : $17-$20 Hourly First review in 90 days for raise

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the delivery of all products to dealers Will be trained to assist in the warehouse when deliveries are completed We are known for our high level of customer service
— All drivers will need to maintain this level of customer service and professionalism
Must complete the corresponding paperwork of delivery and return to the Distribution Department. Ensure truck is properly loaded and load secured;
truck is in operational condition and product is delivered without any damage sustained Proper usage of personal protective equipment.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Minimum of 6 months- 1 years recent commercial driving experience.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:
Valid Commercial License with Hazmat endorsement
Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 75 pounds. Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass pre-employment DOT medical exam, drug screen and extensive background check.
