We are looking for strong customer service oriented Porters who will be responsible for parking and washing vehicles for the Sales Department along with other small tasks and provide exceptional service that will create lifetime customers .


Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Arrange cars on the lot and ensure car lot is neat and orderly.

  • Fuel cars and do minor maintenance such as, changing windshield wipers, replenishing fluids, etc.

  • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.

  • Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice, such as spare tires, radio and stereo equipment.

  • Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.

  • Assign stock control numbers to cards.

  • Catalog and store keys.

  • Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.

  • Other duties as assigned .

To qualify for this position:

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based.

  • Excellent manual dexterity skills as well as patience and an eye for detail.

  • Valid in-state driver’s license.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting .
