Custodial II - Associa - Indio, CA

The Custodial II perform all phases of housekeeping, general maintenance, etc. Communicate instructions from housekeeping supervisor. Is an integral part of the Shadow Hills Team by assuring that these facilities are kept in sparkling and top condition.

Qualifications
• Minimum one-year general custodial work is highly desirable.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to operate vacuum, buffer, carpet extractors, blowers and equipment associated with custodial trades.

• Must be able to climb heights and ladders up to 12 feet high.
