Responsibilities


As the Administrative Assistant, you will:
Coordinate day to day administrative front desk office functions

Work collaboratively with the Admissions in assisting with the completion of administrative activities including:

Managing calendars

Drafting, editing and proofreading documents and letters

Providing support in creating documents and maintaining financial records

Overseeing the purchase and acquisition of all supplies, subscriptions, staff training etc.

Interface with various customers to provide service and support.


Qualifications


Required

High School or equivalent

2 years experience as an administrative assistant

Proficiency using MS Office

Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred

Vocational or technical training

Strong candidates will be skilled in utilizing Excel spreadsheets, including mail merge functions, and/or databases; the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office
