Responsibilities


As an Admissions Coordinator, you will coordinate the patient admissions process by providing a helpful, empathic reception to patients and their families. You would also expedite the admission/transfer process to ensure that the expectations of the customer are met and exceeded and that patient census is managed appropriately.


Qualifications


Required

High school or equivalent and vocational or technical training

2-5 years of admissions experience, office management or customer service

1 year experience with insurance and financial collections

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree

1 year in a chemical dependency treatment setting
