ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties include answering phones, sorting mail, distributing, controlling, and/or decontrolling call tags, one-time pickups, and driver follow-up, distributing center messages to drivers, auditing and updating time cards, and preparing address corrections. There is minimal customer contact and no responsibility for on-demand services. Other duties may upload and/or download of the DIAD, coordinating DIAD equipment control, and other general center responsibilities. Warehouse environment. Required Skills Must be MS Office proficient and be able to multi-task. HOURS 4pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday DURATION 12-month temporary assignment Required Experience |
