California PsychCare is currently seeking Program Coordinators to supervise the in-home services of children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Services are provided utilizing highly effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods in a one-on-one setting in the home or in the community.Positions available throughout the Coachella Valley including: Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio, Mecca and Thermal.

Job Responsibilities Include : Supporting families and individuals with behavioral excesses and deficits. Conducting developmental behavioral assessments, creating treatment programming goals, supervising cases, while utilizing ABA methodology, tactics and procedures writing reports. Communicating and corresponding regularly with Service Coordinators, staff, and families. Adhering to ethical standards in HIPPA and BCBA Code of Ethic.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess : A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field; or be enrolled in a Master’s program in the above, or related, fields, with degree being awarded within 30 days of hire. Be enrolled in BCBA course work, or plan to enroll. Have at least 1 year of practical experience in the Behavior/Cognitive approach to assessments and intervention of children, adolescents, and/or adults with behavioral difficulties and excesses.
