Assistant Facilities Maintenance Director - SUN CITY PALM DESERT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION - Palm Desert, CA






Responsible for the on-going management of the Facilities Department under the guidance of the Director. This includes supervising the staff to ensure proper routine maintenance and repair of the facility structures, systems and support areas to keep the facilities in proper efficient operating conditions. Assist Maintenance Director in managing budget, capital expenditures , preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Administers and direct engineers for the overall coordination, scheduling and evaluation of the Maintenance Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Management experience and computer skills a must.

  • Engineering and maintenance/management professional area: 5 years
