Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Bermuda Dunes Airport - Bermuda Dunes, CA

This is an entry level CSR position located in an airport environment. The Bermuda Dunes Airport serves General Aviation and Private Jet Customers. The hours are part-time and the candidate would be required to work shifts and weekends with hours between 6AM and 8PM. The CSR answers general telephone calls, answers questions from the general public and processes credit and cash transactions for services related to fuel, aviation and general merchandise sales. The CSR logs statistical data on aircraft landings and take-offs as well as giving radio advisories to pilots in the air and on the ground. The CSR coordinates via radio Line Service Technician responses for fuel service requests and on-field customer needs. The CSR remotely monitors vehicle entry through gates and maintains logs of customer vehicles and rental cars.
