Typical duties may include:
Performing general numeric and alphabetical filing, sorting and cross-referencing; typing document indices; create additional file folders, labels, tabs and indexes as needed; maintain all documents generated or received in connection with a particular case; keeping filing up-to-date; maintaining client files within the central filing room; maintain file room organization by re-shelving stray files and shifting files as needed to accommodate inventory fluctuations.
