Human Resource Assistant - OfficeTeam - Indian Wells, CA





We are looking for a knowledgeable HR assistant to help support this growing company’s employees within the Human Resources department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration of transnational HR functions such as status changes, new hires, terminations and miscellaneous associate information.

Support HR Generalists in creating and maintaining job postings.

Submission of background checks and candidate assessments.

Maintenance of Organizational charts.

Provide positive customer service support regarding human resources questions.

Compiles and maintains personnel files.

Other Human Resources project and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred + 3+ years of Human Resources Experience

Good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organizational skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications human resources, excel, word, outlook, typing, human resources assistant
