GENERAL: This is a full-time position. The normal office hours are from 8 AM to 5PM.
BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED: Good people skills. Excellent telephone skills. Basic knowledge of computer programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Answering the telephone and routing the calls as needed.* You will be expected after training to handle some basic technical support questions as well as setting appointments for service and installs.*

- Dispatching of service technicians. This task includes the tracking of the technicians’ time and making notes on their service calls. Handling radio calls. Providing support
*

- Execution of contracts: May include making telephone calls or personal visits in order to secure a valid contract. Also includes typing the contract.

- Collection of past due payments: Primarily you will be making telephone calls in order to collect past due invoices. Also includes making notes on the progress and performing follow-up as needed. May include a personal visit to pick up payment.

- Sales: After some training you will be responsible for making basic sales over the telephone.

- Filing: Maintaining customer files.
*
*
- Quality Control: Verifying computer input against contracts and notices.
*
*
- Receiving : Accepting delivery of equipment from our vendors shipped by UPS, FEDEX etc.
*
*
- Any other task management assigns.
*
