We are looking for a detail-oriented, positive person to join our team as a Wholesale/Dealer Trade Car Deal Clerk at our Toyota of the Desert dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Processing wholesale car deals and used car purchases.
Verify grosses
Reconcile schedules related to processing wholesale, used car purchases and dealer trades
Payoffs to lien holders, auctions, customers and other dealers.
Dealer trades and New Car purchases
Excel spreadsheets and specialized reports
Cross training for related areas within the dealership
To qualify for this position:
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
One year minimum general office experience.
Automotive accounting experience preferred.
Vehicle title experience a plus.
Ability to use Inventory Control Software, internet, Microsoft Office Products
Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
Task oriented.
High attention to detail.
Great attitude.
Computer knowledge.
Superior Customer Satisfaction.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting .
