The Coachella Valley Water District is currently looking for the following professional: SCADA System Analyst I $5780 – $7959 Monthly OR SCADA System Analyst II $6627 -$9146 Monthly Under direction, the SCADA System Analyst I will perform a variety of professional and technical duties in the administration and maintenance of the Public Utilities SCADA system and network. The SCADA Systems Analyst II will perform a variety of advanced professional and technical duties in the administration and maintenance of the Public Utilities SCADA system and network with minimal direct supervision. Salary: Education and Experience: For the SCADA System Analyst I level: Four years of experience maintaining SCADA System hardware and software supplemented by completion of college level course work in computer science, information systems, or a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to perform the essential job functions and provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. For the SCADA System Analyst II level: Six years of responsible software application development experience, software project management, and Windows, VMS or Linux system administration (for software application related functions), preferably in a public utility environment supplemented by completion of college level course work in computer science, information systems, or a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to perform the essential job functions and provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
