This is a hybrid position, with duties split between Tour Receptionist and Kids Club Attendant. The Tour Receptionist will greet all customers and owners as they enter the Preview Center, handle all incoming phone lines and message calls appropriately, assign Sales Executives to tours according to establish procedures, and prepare all tour premiums according to company guidelines. The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive program of recreational activities for children.
Tour Receptionist, Essential Functions:
- Greet all customers, guests, and owners as they enter the Preview Center and process according to established procedures.
- Answer all incoming phone lines and take appropriate messages.
- Prepare all daily tour reports and update computer files according to established procedures.
- Receive and coordinate all appointments from Marketing and maintain daily appointment manifest.
- Prepare all premiums for guests on Marketing packages, and verify that necessary supplies of premium inventory and operating materials are on hand at all times.
- Ensure that all premium logs are being properly updated and maintained.
- Ensure that sales presentation, lobby, and reception desk areas are neat and presentable.
- Coordinate daily coffee and cookie set-up and maintain customer areas throughout the day.
- Provide clerical duties on an as-needed basis.
Kid’s Club Attendant – Essential Functions:
- Responsible for leading all children’s activities within the Kids Club.
- Help children with the implementation of special activity and arts & crafts projects.
- Promote and assist in children’s activities and events.
- Interface with sales and marketing teams when required.
- Plan and implement activities within the Kids Club.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a front desk, PBX operator, or similar customer service role.
- PC proficiency and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Previous children’s program or counseling experience is preferred.
- Supervisory responsibilities for children aged 4-12 years.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Paperwork and computer use require visual acuity; stairs may be a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory; Ability to sit at a desk for six (6) or more hours per day.
