Entry Level Human Resoruces - OfficeTeam - Thousand Palms, CA





JOB DUTIES:
Assist with day-to-day functions for HR support, including administrative duties, maintain personnel files, schedule scheduling appts, prepare/process new-hire paperwork, invoice reconciliation, post job openings, review resumes & schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, maintain company Intranet site, data entry, ensure state law compliance, create & maintain job descriptions, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous HR experience required

Professional communication skills both verbal & written, along with a strong customer service focus

Strong computer skills required, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), comfortable learning company intranet, and type minimum 38 wpm

Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines

High School diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

Verifiable references required from recent work history Human resources, MS office, typing
