We’re looking for a dynamic individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with seniors as part of a dedicated team.Are you an extraordinary Move In Coordinator who is committed to helping seniors find the retirement community that is right for them? If so, you may be the right person to join our sales team at The Fountains at the Carlotta. We need someone that will assist in the move in process and assist the resident in a smooth transition. Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in a customer service/ social service background.

Job Requirement


  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer service and/or social work experience preferred.

  • Sales experience and/or training, especially with conceptual or intangible products preferred.

  • Industry experience is preferred; health care, hospitality, or real estate experience may be helpful.

  • An equivalent combination of experience, education, and other qualifications may be considered.

  • Must have personality or temperament for proper interaction with elderly clients.

  • Must have the ability to work independently—with minimal supervision—yet be able to be a contributing team member.
