As a vital part of our Spa management team your participation in all aspects of our daily operations will contribute to our team being engaged as well as turning moments into memories for our valued guests.

Hotel Overview: Reigning from Bermuda’s highest point, over a majestic 100 acre estate, The Fairmont Southampton is located on the southern shore of Bermuda. The Fairmont Southampton has been the island’s premier luxury resort since its opening in 1972 and is regarded as a leader in the hospitality industry on the island.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service


• Providing administrative support to all spa departments and co-ordinate sales activities


• Assisting with the supervision of all teams


• Assisting with annual operational budgets to include controlling expenses and payroll, daily and monthly finance reports


• Providing the efficient training of all reception employees and supervisors on all aspects of the job


• Conducting inventories and maintaining supplies” par levels


• Maintaining and implementing processes which improve employee engagement and guest satisfaction


• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field and relevant experience in the hospitality industry would be an asset


• 3 years experience in a hotel management supervisory position within a spa an asset


• Proven administrative and leadership skills


• Retail experience an asset


• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), organization, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills required


• Proven record of fiscal management including increasing revenues


• Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications required
