Managing medium-sized audit teams on site, planning work, delegating, reviewing and producing high quality audits for a number of intriguing and interesting banks, insurance organisations and asset manegement houses – this is definitely for those with ambition. It offers great experience for those wishing to develop themselves professionally to a level whereby a long-term career in practice at senior management level & beyond is the aim or, you will have excellent & directly relevant client exposure & experience which is highly attractive to the financial services sector that you are working with.

If you are currently working in practice and are recently qualified or due to qualify this year, we would be very interested to hear from you.

Current or very recent audit backgrounds in accountancy practice from medium-sized or larger firms are of interest although people from c4-6 partner firms are also seriously considered having made very successful employees in the past. Financial services audit experience is a benefit but supplementary training & development can be given where needed with the right person so do not let your lack of financial services audit experience put you off applying.

A good tax-free financial package is offered but importantly (currently stated in £Sterling equivalent), the experience gained will enhance your future attractiveness to the accountancy & finance market in practice &/or the financial services sector. A great move for a senior wishing to both consolidate & enhance their skills & experience whilst carefully building for the future & enjoying the lifestyle that the Caribbean has to offer!
